Kayaking on the Schuylkill

We spent today kayaking on the Schuylkill River.  The weather was overcast and the current was moving, which made for an enjoyable time chillin' on the water.

Recipe: Waffles with Blueberry Honey Yogurt

This is my new favorite recipe for a sweet breakfast.

2 Wholewheat waffles
1 Tbsp. butter (1/2 Tbsp for each waffle)
1/2 cup blueberries (heated until it liquefies)
1 Tbsp. honey (stirred into warm blueberries)
1/4 cup Stonyfield plain yogurt (stirred into blueberry/honey mixture)

The butter is yummy, but if left out of the recipe, can save 100 calories!
